Job summary

ANZ in Manila is seeking a Senior Lead in Governance & Reporting within Talent & Culture Non-Financial Risk to drive risk insights and divisional perspectives across T&C. You will partner with stakeholders across T&C and the NFR Centres of Excellence to strengthen governance and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in risk, governance, controls, audit or related disciplines within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of non-financial risk management frameworks and assurance concepts.
• Ability to aggregate risk information, identify themes and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate risk assessments, profiles and reporting across T&C and NFR CoE teams.
• Deliver consolidated view of divisional risk and control environment to governance forums.
• Support monitoring of risks against appetite and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with regulatory change assessments, action planning and tracking.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and contribute to event/issue management.
• Help build risk capability and culture through coaching and knowledge sharing.
