Job summary

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) Manila is seeking a Senior Lead within Governance & Reporting for Talent & Culture Non-Financial Risk. You will help aggregate risk insights and develop divisional risk perspectives across T&C, working with business stakeholders and Centres of Excellence to support governance and informed decision-making.

This role focuses on strengthening risk capability and culture, embedding robust risk practices, and navigating an evolving regulatory

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in risk, governance, controls, audit, assurance within a complex organisation.
• Strong analytical and risk management capability with ability to synthesise information.
• Experience supporting risk assessment, reporting, issue management, regulatory change.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Manager Governance & Reporting, partnering with stakeholders across Talent & Culture and the NFR COE teams.
• Coordinating risk assessments, risk profiles and reporting activities to provide a consolidated view of divisional risk and control environment.
• Aggregating risk insights and delivering risk reporting to Governance Forums and Risk Management Committee to support governance and decision-making.
• Supporting monitoring of risks against appetite, identifying emerging themes, and escalating issues as appropriate.
• Facilitating root cause analysis and contributing to event and issue management to strengthen risk outcomes.
• Helping to build risk capability and a strong risk culture through coaching and knowledge sharing.
