Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Consultant in Regulatory Risk and Oversight based in Manila, Philippines. You will project-manage regulatory change events, coordinate stakeholders across legal entities, and maintain delivery plans, evidence, and governance documentation.

You will support risk management specialists, track progress, prepare management information, and contribute to continuous improvement of regulatory processes and controls within APAC operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory change projects from initiation to closure.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Experience maintaining governance artifacts, evidence packs and traceability matrices.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned regulatory change events and delivery plans.
• Coordinate engagement of SME, business, functional and legal-entity stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, escalate delays, and maintain governance records and decisions.
• Prepare management information and status reporting for regulatory change events.
• Support periodic assurance activities and audits by organizing relevant records.
