Job summary

ANZ Philippines is seeking an Associate Director for Institutional Non-Financial Risk to advise business leaders on risk within appetite and support sustainable growth. You will embed risk governance, drive regulatory compliance, and participate in the PACT program across Markets, Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance, and Coverage.

Role requires extensive experience in institutional banking and risk management, with strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate complex regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional banking and risk governance within a large financial services organisation.
• Ability to translate regulations into practical changes for processes and controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication of complex risk topics.

Responsibilities

• Advise country leaders on non-financial risk within appetite.
• Challenge and oversee country risk profile and control effectiveness across Markets, Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance and Coverage.
• Collaborate with risk partners to align outcomes across jurisdictions.
• Ensure adherence to the non-financial risk framework and governance forums.
• Embed the PACT program and uplift risk capability in-country.
• Represent the country on non-financial risk matters with senior stakeholders.
