Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with strong background in Quality, Industrial Engineering and Garment Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Expertise in quality & process engineering with ability to analyze and improve complex manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dynamic engineering team to drive quality transformations at third party manufacturing partners.
• Develop and implement capabilities to unlock Product Quality, Process Optimization, and Garment Engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy product performance standards and standardize manufacturing processes.
