The successful candidate will have 7–15+ years of manufacturing leadership, ERP/MRP experience, and a hands‑on presence on the factory floor to mentor supervisors and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• 7–15+ years progressive manufacturing experience.
• Factory leadership experience across multiple departments.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production and shipment schedules on target.
• Set production targets and establish departmental accountability.
• Improve manufacturing flow and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Drive labor productivity and optimize manpower utilization.
• Reduce rework, defects, and delays.
• Control WIP inventory and plan production.
• Coordinate across departments and develop supervisors.
• Establish KPI frameworks and implement visual management.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Foster continuous improvement and standardized work.
