Job summary

Neogen Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Planning to lead regional LATAM supply planning, purchasing, and inventory strategy, ensuring product availability and service excellence while optimizing working capital. You will coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Global Supply Chain teams to translate business needs into actionable supply plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead the LATAM supply planning process, balancing supply capabilities against approved business requirements and priorities.
Develop supply scenarios and contingency plans to address capacity limitations, material shortages, and variability.
Translate business requirements into actionable supply, purchasing, and inventory plans.
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and Global Supply Chain to evaluate supply implications of growth opportunities and launches.
Define inventory policies and parameters, including safety stock, reorder points, and service levels.
Lead regional supply reviews and ensure timely communication of risks and actions.
