Job summary

Linxon is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Manila to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and coordinate with procurement and site teams. You will supervise staff, maintain records, and drive safety and efficiency in material handling.

The role requires a strong background in warehouse management, ERP/SAP systems, and Excel, with exposure to large infrastructure or EPC projects preferred. On-site location in Metro Manila with standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8–10 years in warehouse and logistics.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role within large infrastructure, railway, metro, construction, or EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of materials.
• Coordinate material deliveries and issuance with procurement, logistics, and site teams.
• Maintain accurate records for received, issued, returned, damaged, and transferred materials.
