Job summary

OMNIS PROSPERITY GROUP seeks a dedicated supervisor to oversee daily activities of medical technicians and technical staff in our Makati facility. You will ensure procedures are performed accurately, follow established protocols, and monitor test quality and record accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of medical technicians and other technical personnel.
• Ensure that medical and laboratory procedures are performed accurately and according to established protocols.
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of test results and technical procedures.
• Review and ensure proper completion of medical and laboratory records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, infection control, and other applicable standards.
• Monitor the proper use, maintenance, calibration, and safekeeping of medical and laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and calibration with authorized service providers.
• Cooperate with the Purchasing/Administrative Department regarding replenishment of supplies and equipment requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing departmental procedures, guidelines, and quality-control measures.
• Train, orient, and mentor newly hired medical technicians and technical staff.
• Prepare and submit departmental reports, including operational, inventory, quality-control, and incident reports.
• Investigate technical concerns, errors, complaints, and incidents and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, clinic personnel, and other departments regarding technical and patient-related concerns.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information and medical records.
• Assist management in implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the Medical/Technical Department.
• Route Duty in different branches set by schedule.
