Job summary

International SOS group in Pasig, Philippines seeks a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver training ensuring staff meet service standards. You will work with Service Delivery, operations, and medical teams to build capabilities for high-quality case management and consistent assistance services.

The role focuses on developing training aligned with SOPs, global initiatives, and learning culture, while supporting recruitment and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• External qualifications in Learning and Development preferred (Train the Trainer or equivalent).
• Tertiary educational qualifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to identify training needs and recommendations.
• Design, develop, and localize training materials aligned with standards.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher, cross-functional, and product/service training.
• Support learning plans with minimal operations disruption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on coaching and performance initiatives.
• Maintain training resources and documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor training effectiveness via feedback and trends; drive improvements.
• Contribute to hiring processes such as assessment centers for talent.
• Mentor L&D team members and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with standards and audit requirements.
• Promote a strong learning culture and knowledge sharing.
