Job summary

PwC South East Asia Consulting is seeking a Senior Associate to serve as a KYC Signatory, ensuring all reviewed KYC profiles meet client AML/KYC standards. You will perform quality reviews, document findings, and coordinate with global teams to uphold regulatory compliance.

The role involves coaching analysts, addressing quality and system issues, and achieving defined production and quality targets within a risk and compliance framework.

Qualifications

• KYC profiles must meet AML and KYC client requirements.
• Perform quality reviews and document results.
• Coordinate with teams globally to fulfill KYC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews on KYC profiles based on AML policies and client KYC procedures.
• Identify and document the results of the quality reviews and proposed remedial actions.
• Participate in team discussions to provide feedback and recommendations to improve quality performance of analysts.
• Report/escalate any quality, production and system-related issues.
• Reach the quality target and production target.
• Provide clear feedback to analysts and coaching as needed.
• Identify common errors encountered to assist training needs of analysts.
• Discuss recently released guidance or changes in common approach during team huddles.
• Work extensively with various teams across global locations to fulfill a KYC requirement.
• Liaise with the project's SME, if needed.
