Job summary

Weave Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior backend engineer to design scalable systems, guide architectural decisions across services and cloud infrastructure, and deliver end-to-end backend solutions.

You will collaborate with product and UX, mentor engineers, and drive testing, CI/CD, security, and reliability. Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and MongoDB is required, along with cloud and DevOps practices.

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Proven ability to design scalable applications and distributed systems.
• Experience with MongoDB and integrating complex business systems.
• Hands-on Cloud/DevOps, CI/CD, containers and modern tooling.
• Security, reliability, monitoring and operational best practices.
• Technical leadership: mentoring engineers and guiding architecture.
