Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to design and lead backend Java systems, microservices, and AI-enabled platforms. The role emphasizes secure, scalable enterprise applications, architectural ownership, and deep hands-on coding in a fully remote setup.

You will guide SDLC, write unit and automation tests, work with GitLab/Bitbucket, and shape data strategies across Oracle, RDS, and DynamoDB while operating in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development with a relevant degree; or 6+ years with a master's; or PhD with 3 years.
• Expert Java programming with ability to write testable code.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and automation test scripting.
• Experience with GitLab, Bitbucket for source control.
• Proficiency in Oracle, RDS, and DynamoDB databases.
• Experience delivering cloud-native, scalable apps on AWS/Azure/GCP and payment systems.
• Test automation: Cypress.io, TestRail, Selenium, Jenkins.
