Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking a skilled macOS Administrator to deploy, manage, and secure macOS devices across the enterprise using Microsoft Intune.

You will implement enrollment, configuration profiles, and patch management with ABM/ADE, enforce security policies (FileVault, conditional access), and collaborate with IT, security, and service desks to deliver reliable endpoint services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience deploying, supporting, and managing macOS devices in an enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for Apple device management.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager (ABM), ADE, and configuration profiles.
• Solid understanding of macOS architecture, security features, and troubleshooting tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage macOS devices using Microsoft Intune, ensuring systems are up-to-date, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS-related issues, minimizing downtime and improving user experience.
• Utilize Microsoft Intune for Apple device lifecycle management, including enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployment, and patch management.
• Implement and maintain industry best practices for macOS security, including encryption (FileVault), password policies, and conditional access integration with Entra ID.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for macOS configurations, deployment procedures, and support workflows.
• Partner with IT infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to ensure cohesive endpoint management and security across the organization.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand needs, report on progress, and ensure macOS solutions align with business requirements.
