Job summary

yGen Innovations Inc. is seeking an IT Vendor & Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end vendor management, sourcing, and contract negotiations for IT, SaaS, cloud, and hardware across client engagements.

This is a remote role for Philippines-based professionals, aligned with US business hours for night shift. You will assess vendors, negotiate SLAs and licensing, manage lifecycle with Legal and InfoSec teams, monitor KPIs, and drive cost savings and risk reduction in a fast-paced shared-services

Qualifications

5+ years in procurement or vendor management.
Strong IT and technology procurement focus.
Proven cost-saving negotiations and vendor evaluation.
Experience with software licensing models and renewals.
Excellent English communication for client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

Assess, benchmark, and negotiate IT vendors based on cost, performance, and risk.
Manage end-to-end vendor relationships across software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and MSPs.
Lead sourcing activities (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and conduct TCO analyses.
Oversee contract lifecycle with Legal and InfoSec; monitor renewals and auto-renewals.
Negotiate SLAs, MSAs, DPAs, and licensing terms; manage license optimization.
Monitor vendor KPIs, run QBRs, and drive corrective actions.
Identify shadow IT, optimize SaaS/cloud spend, report savings.
