Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years in software engineering (developer, tech lead, business analyst or project manager).
• At least 3 years IT project management experience.
• At least 3 years as IT team head in charge of in-house application development.

Responsibilities

• Provide Team Leadership and manage recruitment, objectives setting and performance reviews.
• Create an environment of trust, open communication, creativity, and cohesive team effort.
• Coach the team toward higher quality, performance and innovation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align roadmaps and priorities.
• Ensure resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
