Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Systems Engineer to serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues across client environments.

You will troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and hybrid environments, manage VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, and mentor junior engineers while driving incident resolution and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within an MSP or multi-client environment.
• Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and domain management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues across client environments.
• Troubleshoot and support advanced Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune / Endpoint Management.
• Support and maintain virtualized infrastructure using VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Support cloud-first and hybrid client environments and assist with infrastructure improvement projects.
• Work directly with clients to resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, take ownership of complex problems, and drive timely resolution.
• Improve technical documentation, standards, and internal support processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance when required.

Your Role

As a Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Systems Engineer, you will:

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within an MSP or multi-client environment.
• Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and domain management.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
• Experience supporting cloud-first and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune / Endpoint Management.
• Strong client-facing communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or providing technical escalation support.
• Relevant Microsoft, VMware, networking, or infrastructure certifications.
