Job summary

BILREY CONSTRUCTION in the Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Staff / IT Specialist to manage and secure the company’s technology infrastructure. You will configure servers, set up user accounts, handle Active Directory and network services, and respond to staff IT tickets while maintaining data protection.

The role requires strong planning, teamwork, and the ability to train colleagues on tools and IT security practices. This position is on-site at our Makati office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
• At least five years of experience as IT Staff/IT Specialist.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience configuring servers and AD, DNS, and file services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and set up new user accounts, email configurations, and devices.
• Install and update software applications ensuring security and compatibility.
• Configure servers, printers, and peripherals for company use.
• Monitor network traffic and resolve connectivity issues.
• Respond to technical support tickets from staff.
• Document IT processes and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide training on IT security practices and tool usage.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
