Qualifications

Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing enterprise infrastructure, networks, and servers? We're looking for a IT System Administrator Specialist to join our growing IT team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure while ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and monitor the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related systems.
• Manage and support Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot various types of servers, including mail servers, file servers, and other enterprise systems.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Recommend and implement infrastructure improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience in IT systems administration and infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
• Experience managing enterprise servers, including mail servers, file servers, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of system administration, networking, and IT infrastructure best practices.
