PAN ASIA HR CONSULTING PH INC. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT operations, enterprise systems, and infrastructure in Laguna.

The role focuses on aligning IT with business goals while ensuring security, governance, and licensing compliance. The successful candidate will lead Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform architecture, supervise IT projects, and manage budgets, vendors, and technical teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT management or enterprise systems.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
Experience in IT governance, security, compliance, and licensing.
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage IT operations, enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Oversee Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform architecture, administration, governance, security, compliance, and licensing.
Lead IT projects, system implementations, integrations, and process improvements.
