Job summary

PM Consulting in Calamba, Laguna, is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, and services. You will guide the IT team and collaborate with management to ensure technology supports business continuity and manufacturing needs.

The role requires 8-10 years in IT with supervisory experience and a background in industrial environments. You will shape IT strategy, governance, and security while managing vendor relationships and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of IT experience with supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technical support teams.
• Background in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or other industrial environments is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP/business applications, network and infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and IT project management.
• Strong IT governance, information security, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery knowledge.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall IT function, including operations, infrastructure, systems, applications, and user support.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, procedures, and standards aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and security of IT systems, networks, hardware, software.
• Oversee day-to-day IT support and ensure timely resolution of issues and service requests.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, and related equipment.
• Oversee business applications and enterprise systems across the organization.
• Identify technology requirements with departments and recommend appropriate systems and solutions.
• Manage IT projects from planning through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Establish cybersecurity, data protection, access control, backup, and disaster recovery practices.
• Monitor system performance, identify risks, and implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including contracts and SLAs.
• Prepare and manage IT budget for hardware, software, licenses, and maintenance.
• Lead, develop, and direct the IT team, including performance management and workload allocation.
• Document IT systems, processes, configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Support business continuity and keep critical IT services operational.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
