Job summary
PaxSigna is seeking an IT Manager to lead the Central Applications team from a remote, work-from-home setup in the Philippines. You will own strategy and delivery for SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and SAP SuccessFactors, guiding a team of Business Analysts and Developers to implement impactful enterprise solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise applications or IT application support.
- 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience delivering application development, integration, and data migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, partners, and project resources.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage Business Analysts and Developers, overseeing team performance.
- Serve as the primary IT partner for enterprise business applications, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.
- Oversee end-to-end application project delivery including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Manage delivery, administration, support, and continuous improvement of SharePoint Online, Power Platform and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and compliant with IT governance.
- Oversee integrations, data migration, and post-go-live support.
- Drive automation and cost-efficiency to improve operations.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
- Establish and maintain application governance and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with business units to align roadmaps with objectives.
