Home Credit Philippines seeks an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of strategic IT initiatives across business units, aligning SAP and other SaaS platforms with corporate goals. The role requires deep SAP FICO/MM expertise and strong leadership to manage budgets and timelines.

You will oversee SAP technical teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders for prioritization and reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT service delivery management.
• Strong SAP FICO/MM implementation and support experience.
• Experience leading SAP technical teams (Functional, ABAP, Basis).
• Experience with other SaaS platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management.
• Up to 20% variable performance-based bonus.

Responsabilités

• Managing daily activities of the assigned team that includes IT Business Analysts, Developers and SAP experts.
• Ensure continuous improvement on team’s efficiency including capacity planning and people development in support of organizational goals.
• Delivering the assigned task in the committed schedule, follow agile best practices.
• Cooperates with other teams, evaluates business needs and understands business processes and provides end-to-end integrated design solutions.
• Collaborates with stakeholders in strategizing priorities and facilitating regular discussions including reporting.
• Research and development related to modern technologies including development of prototype.
• Ensure proper documentation of functional and technical specifications of SAP requirements, system integration test cases.
• Leads and oversees the day-to-day tasks and deliverables of the team that includes SAP resources.
