Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) or SAP SCM (MM/SD/PP).
• At least 4 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven experience in leading multi-module SAP teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP offering in the Philippines.
• Define and execute the SAP practice strategy.

• Provide thought leadership on SAP innovations including RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP offering in the delivery center in the Philippines, overseeing multi-module teams across Finance, SCM, HCM, Technology and other SAP domains.
• Define and execute the SAP practice strategy, aligned with global Powered Enterprise methodologies and client transformation goals.
• Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and business value.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP innovations including RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Mentor and develop SAP consultants across levels, fostering a high-performance culture and career growth.
• Collaborate with global teams for solutioning, pre-sales, and proposal development.
• Ensure compliance with delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Represent the SAP practice in leadership forums, client reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 16+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) or SAP SCM (MM/SD/PP), with at least 4 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven experience in leading multi-module SAP teams and managing large-scale delivery programs.
• Strong understanding of:
  • SAP Activate methodology
  • Cloud deployment models
  • SAP BTP and integration architecture
  • Finance or Supply Chain transformation frameworks
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a global delivery model and manage cross-border teams.

Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Certification in Finance or SCM.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or Manufacturing industries.
• Exposure to SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, or IBP is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile delivery, DevOps, and digital transformation accelerators.

Educational Background
