Job summary

Manulife Global Solutions is seeking an IT Service Delivery Lead to guide assigned technology teams and ensure day-to-day service delivery meets priorities and SLAs for in-market partners. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders in a hybrid setup with onsite presence three times per week in Metro Manila.

You will own delivery tracking, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement across applications, data platforms, cybersecurity, and risk management, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading technology teams across enterprise apps, development, production support, data, cybersecurity or risk.
• Strong stakeholder management and accountability.
• Experience with delivery prioritization, resource planning, risks, reporting, and CI.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly; knowledge of Azure is a plus.
• Hybrid work setup with onsite presence three times per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of service delivery plans to meet SLAs.
• Manage day-to-day delivery priorities and ensure timely completion.
• Lead teams supporting enterprise services incl. apps, dev, production, data, cybersecurity or risk.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and address challenges.
• Promote collaborative, inclusive team environment and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance, remove blockers, escalate risks when needed.
• Own service delivery tracking, reporting and resource visibility.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on stability and efficiency.
