Job summary

Wilcon Depot, Inc. is seeking a Junior Network Engineer to handle repetitive tasks and monitor network alerts. This role provides frontline support by following up with ISPs and vendor technical teams, ensuring smooth operations across our network infrastructure.

Day-to-day work includes low-level tasks, assisting with short-term projects, and managing common network operations tickets, enabling focus on network operations, on-call incidents, and larger projects in the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical/ IT Field.
• 2-3 years work related experience/background.
• CCNA/CCNP certification is an advantage.
• Good technical skills in LAN/WAN troubleshooting and basic show commands for issue identification (SonicWall, Ubiquity, Aruba).
• Willing to be assigned at Libis, Quezon City (Head Office).

Job description

The Junior Network Engineer is responsible for catering the repetitive tasks and monitoring network alert/s. He/She will also provide support by handling email follow-up with Service Provider (ISP) and vendor technical support contracts. Day- to- day functions would include low-level tasks, short-term projects and managing common network operations tickets among other's, allowing to focus on Network Operations, on-call tickets and large projects in the pipeline.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical/ IT Field.
• With 2-3 years work related experience/background
• With Network Certificate (CCNA,CCNP) is advantage
• Good technical skills in LAN/WAN troubleshooting, knows basic show commands to identify the common issue and verify settings- (SonicWall, Ubiquity, Aruba)
• Willing to be assigned at Libis, Quezon City (Head Office)
