Grand Majesty Pharmaceutical Inc. in Cebu seeks a Senior IT Manager to own the IT department, lead the team through a technology transformation, and deliver ERP implementation projects such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Finance & Operations for warehousing and merchandising.

You will build a disciplined PM practice, align tech investments with business needs, and ensure compliance, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and vendor management across GMPI and affiliates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience including 3–5 years in a leadership role with people management
• Experience delivering IT implementations or ERP projects
• Hands-on implementation/administration experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain/merchandising automation
• Familiarity with data analytics/reporting tools (Power BI/Power Platform)
• Experience in pharmaceutical, distribution, FMCG, or regulated industries is a plus

About the role

The Senior IT Manager will serve as GMPI's senior-most in-house technology leader, taking full-time ownership of the IT Department — its people, projects, and infrastructure. Reporting to the COO, the Senior IT Manager will lead the entire IT team through GMPI's technology transformation — including the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP implementation — while building a disciplined project management practice, developing the team's capability, and ensuring that every technology investment is clearly aligned to business needs across GMPI and its affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Directly lead, coach, and develop the IT Department's technical, support, and project staff, setting clear individual and team KPIs

• Build a high-performing, service-oriented IT culture; close current gaps in team structure, workload distribution, and succession planning

• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skills-development programs to grow the technical bench strength of the team

• Develop and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned to GMPI's growth strategy and affiliate company needs

• Translate business requirements from Warehouse, Sales, Finance, HR, and affiliate leadership into practical, prioritized technology solutions

• Lead and govern the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for Warehousing and Merchandising automation across GMPI and affiliates

• Define project scope, milestones, resource plans, and budgets using a formal project management methodology, and hold the team accountable to them

• Manage outsourced IT vendors and managed service providers; set KPIs and monitor performance

• Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning

• Ensure full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act, FDA IT requirements, and applicable industry standards

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in an IT leadership or department-head role with direct people-management responsibility

• Demonstrated success managing and developing an in-house IT team (technical, support, and project staff)

• 5+ successfully delivered IT implementation or ERP projects

• Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations — hands-on implementation and administration experience

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Supply Chain / Merchandising automation

• Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, or equivalent data analytics and reporting tools

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification required

• Experience in pharmaceutical, distribution, FMCG, or similarly regulated industries is a strong advantage

• Experience managing multi-entity or multi-company IT environments is a plus
