Job summary

Our Clients, based in Laguna, Philippines, seeks a senior IT leader to oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and governance within a highly regulated pharmaceutical context. You will drive ERP and SAP initiatives, data communications, and manufacturing-system enhancements.

You will manage and develop the IT team, steer digital transformation, and ensure GMP, ISO 9001, EHS, and QMS compliance across IT policies, security, and disaster recovery frameworks. Onsite work is expected in Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced IT or business degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably covering infrastructure, systems development, integration, IT operations, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and business applications, preferably SAP, with experience in databases, LAN/WAN, and manufacturing systems.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or other highly regulated industries, is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with working knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, EHS, and QMS.
