Job summary

Our Clients seeks an experienced Head of Digital Transformation to lead the organization's digital agenda, driving technology, data, automation, and innovative solutions across the business. You will develop and execute a transformation roadmap to boost operational efficiency, customer experience, and scalability.

The role partners with senior leadership to translate priorities into scalable digital solutions, overseeing ERP/CRM implementations and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital transformation or related functions.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, consumer, or other complex multi-business environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, enterprise systems, automation, analytics, AI, CRM, ERP, and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong project and program management experience with the ability to manage multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in process redesign, operational excellence, and change management.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Assess existing processes, systems, and customer journeys to identify digitization opportunities.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify transformation priorities aligned with growth.
• Lead major digital transformation programs from strategy to adoption.
• Drive digitalization of core processes across operations, finance, commercial, and other functions.
• Leverage automation, AI, analytics, cloud technologies to improve performance.
• Oversee evaluation and implementation of digital platforms and enterprise systems.
• Establish governance, milestones, KPIs, budgets, and success measures for initiatives.
• Ensure business requirements translate into effective technology solutions.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders, providers, and consultants.
• Monitor emerging technologies and report progress and ROI to leadership.
• Develop internal digital capabilities and a high-performing transformation team.
