Job summary

Ubiquity in Taguig City, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our IT department. The role focuses on IT infrastructure, project management, and team leadership to ensure reliable technology services for the business.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in an IT head/manager role within a BPO setting, with hands-on experience across Linux, Windows and Mac systems, strong English communication, and a proven ability to drive incidents, audits and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience as Head of IT or IT Manager in a BPO setting.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning and governance capabilities.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee IT plans, policies, resources, goals and vision.
• Act as incident/problem manager for major business incidents.
• Lead and coach IT teams to ensure efficient operation of infrastructure.
• Oversee provisioning, installation, configuration, operations and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage network and server facilities and security monitoring.
• Coordinate RFPs/RFI s for contact center domain.
• Review tasks for compliance with standards and drive continuous improvements.
