Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking an IT infrastructure professional to manage Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, backups, and security. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise servers, storage, and networking while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires advanced scripting, VOIP familiarity, and 24x7 on-call readiness. Based in Pasig, the position emphasizes architecture, disaster recovery, and cross-functional collaboration to support global clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ direct experience with Windows/Linux administration and maintenance.
• 5+ years of VMware Infrastructure experience.
• Experience with data protection (backup/restore) technologies.
• Experience with out-of-band server management.
• Ability to create infrastructure scripting and automation including PowerShell.
• Knowledge of DNS, PKI, WSUS and patch management.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and IOS CLI.
• Familiarity with Firewalls and VPN configurations (Barracuda/Cisco).
• Experience with VOIP, SIP, and SBC concepts; ability to diagnose traces (Wireshark).
• Experience with SIEM/monitoring tools and LAN/WAN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Complete configuration, installation, and support the equipment in Windows/Linux environments.
• Create Visio diagrams for infrastructure layouts in DataCenter.
• Develop infrastructure scripting and automation.
• Spec out servers and infrastructure for enterprise needs.
• Manage virtualization including VMWare VCenter/VSphere.
• Backups and restore of virtual and physical servers.
• Design and perform server and security audits and recovery procedures.
• Interact with vendors and contractors for services.
• Monitor system performance and prepare reports.
• Help design long-term voice infrastructure strategy and capacity planning.
• Run on-call rotation for 24x7 operations.
