Job summary

Infomedia Philippines Operations LP Co. LTD. seeks a Senior Telecommunications/Network Engineer to architect and sustain enterprise contact center platforms.

You will design scalable Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including IVR flows, outbound dialing, and AWS S3 recording integrations, ensuring reliability and performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in contact center or telecommunications engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience administering, engineering, and optimizing Genesys Cloud CX environments.
• Experience designing Architect call flows, SIP trunking, outbound dialer campaigns, and AWS S3 integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions including Architect call flows, queue routing, outbound campaigns, and AWS S3 recording integrations.
• Design, configure, and optimize SIP trunks, SBCs, telephony routing, and enterprise voice components for reliability.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Drive platform enhancements, capacity planning, scalability, and cloud-architecture improvements.
• Provide Tier 3 on-call support and resolve incidents with root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
