Job summary

ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in the Philippines is seeking a Test Engineer IV to lead the test team in validating our IIOT Product Solution, including user interface applications, systems, and embedded software testing.

The successful candidate will carry out hands-on system embedded SW/hardware testing for SaaS products, coordinate with Development and QA, plan testing, and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

BS or MS in computer/electronic/electrical engineering or computer science.
5–10+ years of product-based testing experience.
Experience with IoT products, embedded testing and SaaS.
Proficiency with TestRail, JIRA and Redmine for test planning and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Experience with Agile, DevOps and software verification.
Knowledge of Python for test automation.
HW testing experience or schematics understanding is a plus.
Knowledge of instrumentation, valves is a plus.

Responsibilities

Hands-on system embedded SW/hardware testing activities for SaaS product.
Act as interface between Testing and Development teams for defect reproduction and validation.
Plan testing and automation activities; guide and mentor team members.
Identify, evaluate and communicate project status to R&D management.
Represent Test team in cross-functional meetings and manage schedules.
Manage feedback and deployment issues with customers and internal teams.
Participate in on-site deployments/demos/presentations of the IIOT Product Solution.
