Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Staff Test Engineer to drive high-performance test solutions for Digital Healthcare products, from silicon validation to production release.

You will lead mixed-signal test development, qualification, and manufacturing support while collaborating with global teams to ensure quality and timely release. The role requires strong expertise in ATE platforms (NI-STS, Teradyne MicroFlex, UltraFLEX), solid circuit knowledge, and programming skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years in semiconductor test development or related fields.
• Experience with NI-STS, Teradyne MicroFlex, or UltraFLEX ATE.
• Expertise in analog, digital and mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, AFEs, sensor interfaces, digital I/O).
• Proven track record in ATE test programs, silicon characterization, qualification and manufacturing release.
• Knowledge of Cadence Allegro schematic and PCB layout tools.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Visual Basic, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with JMP and Exensio data analytics tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and optimize hardware and software test solutions for different development phases.
• Define test methodologies, coverage strategies, and test plans with Design, System and Product Engineering.
• Perform silicon validation, characterization, correlation, qualification and production test limit development.
• Develop automation tools and data analytics solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Manage project schedules, technical risks, and deliverables for successful product release.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain for ramp readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Coordinate with global teams across sites and time zones.
