Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in the Philippines seeks a senior test engineering lead to validate our IIoT product solutions, including user interfaces, systems, and embedded software. You will guide the test team, plan testing, and coordinate with embedded SW, cloud, and hardware groups.

The role requires 5–10 years in product-based testing, BS/MS in engineering, strong IoT knowledge, test management tools, and automation using Python.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–10 years of product-based testing experience.
• BS or MS in engineering or CS as stated.
• Experience with IoT, embedded, cloud (fullstack) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hands-on system embedded software/hardware testing for SaaS product.
• Act as interface between Testing and Development teams to reproduce defects and validate fixes.
• Plan testing and automation activities; guide and mentor team members.
• Communicate project status to R&D management and stakeholders.
• Represent the Test team in cross-functional meetings; manage schedules and quality.
