Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy and maintain software for IoT/Smart valve solutions in Cebu. You will collaborate with hardware teams, build PCBA test jigs, and drive Agile delivery.

The role requires strong C/C++ skills, RTOS experience, MCU architecture knowledge, and hands-on debugging with various tools. The candidate should lead on-site teams, manage projects within time/cost/quality constraints, and contribute to

Qualifications

Extensive embedded software design experience and SDLC knowledge.
Proficiency in C/C++ and MCU architectures (ARM/STM32).
Hands-on with RTOS such as Linux/FreeRTOS and debugging tools.
Familiar with PCB test jig development and hardware-software interfacing.
Experience with IoT, edge computing, and Linux kernel concepts.
Knowledge of Chirpstack/LoRaWAN and IoT gateways is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy and maintain embedded software for IoT/Smart valve solutions.
Collaborate with hardware team to design PCBA test jigs and procedures.
Develop solutions in an agile delivery environment.
Work with cross-functional teams to meet time, cost and quality targets.
Lead on-site team activities and people management.
