Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of embedded firmware experience.
• Strong C/C++ and microcontroller experience.
• Experience with RTOS/Zephyr or Linux.
• Knowledge of SPI/I2C/UART/CAN and MCU peripherals.
• Experience in multi-core validation and test automation.
• Python programming skills.
• Git and defect tracking experience; open-source contributions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain embedded software for diverse hardware.
• Lead software design, integration, and system testing; mentor juniors.
• Develop RTOS/bare-metal software including Zephyr and Linux.
• Define system-level test strategies and plans for subsystems.
• Design and maintain test automation frameworks; analyze results.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure integration.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Produce design specs and technical documentation.
• Contribute to code reviews and industry best practices.
