Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Staff Embedded Software Engineer to develop and optimize embedded systems across a broad product portfolio.

You’ll design, implement, and integrate software and firmware that deliver high performance and reliability on diverse hardware platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams, lead architecture efforts, and contribute to testing, validation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of firmware or embedded software development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for microcontrollers and microprocessors.
• Experience with RTOS such as Zephyr or Linux.
• Strong knowledge of hardware communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN).
• Experience in multi-core validation, unit testing, and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain embedded software for diverse hardware platforms.
• Lead software architecture and design efforts, integration and system testing, mentor junior engineers.
• Develop embedded software for RTOS and bare-metal environments.
• Define and execute system-level test strategies across subsystems to ensure quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks; execute manual and automated tests.
