Job summary

Boldergroup in the Philippines seeks a Senior Business Support Associate to support investment reporting, data analytics, and dashboard development. You will maintain data integrity, produce client reports, and deliver portfolio insights through dashboards and analytics.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years in accounting/financial analytics, strong Excel, Power BI & Tableau skills, and experience with financial databases. Hybrid work model, with on-site and remote collaboration, is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, investment reporting, fund administration, or financial analytics.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investment Reporting & Data Management: maintain data feeds architecture and integrity.
• Coordinate with trustees and stakeholders to ensure data flow and reporting.
• Upload and maintain private investment positions.
• Perform monthly asset classification reviews and elevate exceptions.
• Create and maintain tables and analyses for quarterly client reports.
• Organize client documentation repositories with current records.
• Follow up to obtain missing documentation and ensure compliance.
• Conduct monthly portfolio reviews for non-transparent instruments.
• Source investment data from Bloomberg, Reuters, Morningstar, and other platforms.
• Maintain a knowledge database of investment factsheets and look-through data.
• Enrich portfolio data with Bloomberg/Reuters data; ensure data quality across systems.
• Design, develop and maintain investment dashboards for clients.
• Produce weekly dashboards on SAA adherence, exposures, and developments.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and visuals.
• Identify trends and opportunities to support decisions.
• Develop automated reporting solutions.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate reporting data.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities.
• Perform reconciliations and assist with audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and client reporting requirements.
• Leverage tools to streamline processes and participate in process improvements.
