Bolder Group is seeking an experienced accountant to support portfolio reporting, data analytics, and client insights. You will maintain investment data integrity, build dashboards, and deliver high-quality client reports.

The role suits analytical professionals comfortable with financial databases and BI tools, with experience in investment management or fund administration preferred. Hybrid work arrangement in the Philippines, with potential collaboration with European time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau and delivering client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain investment data integrity and governance across reporting systems.
• Design and maintain investment dashboards and weekly client reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and timely reporting.
• Perform monthly portfolio reviews and data quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare financial and investment reporting in line with client requirements and standards.
• Support audits and assist with client documentation and look-through analyses.
