REALPAGE (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to strengthen analytics foundations, delivering scalable dashboards and data-driven insights. You will own metrics, definitions, and data validation in a decentralized data environment to support strategic decisions.

Leverage Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and other tools to create impactful analyses, partner with business, product, and technical teams, and provide deep-dive investigations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in a data-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex, multi-source data environments.
• Strong track record delivering BI dashboards and recurring analytics.
• Experience in decentralized or federated data environments.
• Participation in data inventories, cataloging, or metric standardization initiatives.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Own metrics and KPIs end-to-end, including definitions and validation.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and reports.
• Ensure analytics are accurate and well-documented.
• Provide ongoing analytical support to stakeholders with deep dives and investigations.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to deliver insights.
