Job summary

FC Home Center in Manila is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Associate to strengthen our branch reporting and data insights. You will collect, consolidate, and validate reports from branches, prepare operating dashboards, and support management with BI outputs.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and about 1 year in reporting or data analysis; familiarity with Excel/Sheets, Pivot Tables, and Odoo is a plus. On-site work in Manila with health and life insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, operations, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in retail operations, branch reporting, or data consolidation is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and other Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and data consolidation is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in using Odoo System or similar systems in retail operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with BI platforms and dashboard development is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI platforms and tools that can be used for report preparation, data analysis, summarization, and other work-related purposes.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and validate reports from branches, regions, and other sources.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, monitoring files, and databases.
• Monitor branch submissions and follow up on incomplete or missing reports.
• Assist in analyzing sales, inventory, branch performance, variances, and other operational data.
• Support the preparation of management reports, dashboards, Pivot Tables, and BI reports.
• Identify discrepancies and unusual figures and coordinate with concerned personnel.
• Assist in improving reporting processes and ensuring compliance with company requirements.
• Utilize AI and BI tools to support report preparation, data analysis, and summarization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Operations Management.
