Job summary

Manulife invites applications for the Investment Operations Senior Specialist, Optimization & Automation. You will design, develop, and maintain automation tools using Microsoft Power Platform to support Global WAM Investment Operations, with emphasis on scalable, data-driven solutions.

The role requires investment domain expertise and hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will collaborate across teams, deliver dashboards, and help drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Experience with Investments/Market Operations or related reconciliations is preferred.
3-5 years in investment ops with data visualization, automation, or BI tools.
Knowledge of investment products is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS PowerPlatform and related tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom apps and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Create interactive Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
Test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform solutions ensuring compliance and quality.
Provide user training and develop documentation for solution usage and updates.
