Manulife is seeking an Investment Operations Senior Specialist, Optimization & Automation to lead automation initiatives across Global WAM Investments Operations using Power Platform. You will design apps, automate workflows, and create dashboards to drive data-driven decisions with cross‑team collaboration.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and staying current with platform enhancements. Hybrid work setup is available in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, CS, Data Analytics, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment operations or related functions with data visualization and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and related tools; ability to develop scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform apps and automations to optimize investment operations workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform solutions ensuring compliance and reliability.
• Create Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Train end-users and develop documentation for solutions and workflows.
• Stay updated on Power Platform features and industry best practices.
