Job summary

Muebles Italiano is seeking a Senior Inventory Analyst in Makati to oversee inventory accuracy across branches and warehouses. You will analyze stock movements, prepare forecasts, and lead audits while coordinating with Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across all branches and warehouses.
• Analyze inventory reports, stock movements, and variances
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory forecasts and recommend replenishment plans.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Accounting teams.
• Lead and supervise inventory audits and physical stock counts.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and standards.
