Job summary

TL Sales and Management Services Inc. is seeking an Inventory Analyst to help maintain data integrity, improve report accuracy, and support timely reconciliation across locations in the Philippines.

You will analyze inventory movements, forecast demand, perform aging analyses, and develop replenishment plans while delivering clear KPIs and actionable insights to optimize stock levels and reduce discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field with emphasis on operations, data analytics, or inventory management.
• 2-4 years of experience in Inventory Analysis, Inventory Control, or related fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Inventory Management Systems knowledge.
• Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory movements and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate inventory reports.
• Ensure timely completion of inventory-related deliverables.
• Conduct inventory forecasting and demand planning.
• Perform inventory aging and slow-moving analysis.
