Job summary

Lyra Health are recruiting a Senior Payroll Administrator to assist with the Payroll Manager for Lyra International, specially covering Mexico and Spain based in Mexico. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s period of growth and change and be a role model for the expected behaviours and attitudes.

This position requires to be in the office at least 2 of 5 days in the offices in Colonia Nápoles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years in a payroll administrator role.
• International experience is essential.
• Beneficial if experienced in Other European payrolls or Canada.
• English language advanced level required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly salary payments on an international basis.
• Assist with payroll administration tasks and queries.
• Support onboarding in the Deel platform and ensure data accuracy.
