Seven Consulting is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to work with our Change Management Practice and client teams to deliver high-quality learning outcomes. You will lead the end-to-end instructional design process, from briefs and audience analysis to material development and validation across complex change initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in instructional design or related fields, a related degree, strong MS Office skills, and experience with LMS and tools like

Formación

• 3–5 years’ experience in instructional design, learning development, or organisational learning roles
• A related degree or certification (Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Psychology, Change Management, Communications, or a related field)
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint; proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice

Responsabilidades

• Taking briefs from clients and providing direction about structured learning services
• Analyzing client needs and defining learning gaps to meet project outcomes
• Engaging stakeholders and subject matter experts on learning requirements
• Leading the learning strategy and advising on adoption risks across complex change initiatives
• Designing and developing learning materials, training programs and resources
• Reviewing learning solutions based on feedback and testing
• Executing plans, scheduling sessions, reporting progress, and maintaining relationships
• Providing post-learning support including knowledge transfer and embedment
