Job summary

Seven Consulting is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to work with clients and the Change Management team in delivering high-quality learning outcomes. You will operate autonomously on projects, taking briefs, analyzing audiences, engaging stakeholders, and guiding learning strategy across complex change initiatives.

You will design and develop learning materials and programs, review solutions with feedback, and drive delivery plans while maintaining strong client and team

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in instructional design, learning development, or related roles.
• Related degree or certification in Education, Instructional Design, L&D, Psychology, Change Management, or Communications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, LMS, and eLearning tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from clients and translate into structured learning services.
• Analyze a client’s business to identify audience needs and learning gaps.
• Engage stakeholders and SMEs to define learning requirements.
• Lead the learning strategy and advise on approaches, capability uplift, and adoption risks.
• Design and develop learning materials, programs, and resources.
• Review and refine solutions based on feedback and testing.
• Execute plans, schedule sessions, report progress, manage risks and maintain relationships.
