Job summary

Worldwide Resource Solutions is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to create online and virtual instructor-led learning for professional development, including self-paced courses, video tutorials, microlearning, and job aids. You will collaborate with SMEs and external agencies to develop learner-centered content based on adult learning and inclusive practices.

The ideal candidate combines collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptive writing to produce high-quality digital learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or strong related experience in learning design.
• 1-3 years of work experience in instructional design and/or instructional technology.
• Outgoing attitude and effective communicator.
• Familiarity with administration of one or more learning management systems.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Willing to work in the Bridgetowne, Quezon City office.
• Willing to work during US time zone.
• Knowledge of ADDIE and adult learning principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
• Support the delivery of digital instructional content and programs to improve systems proficiency.
• Work with subject matter experts to identify the audience’s training needs.
• State instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
• Create media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games).
• Develop assessment instruments and determine criteria to judge performance.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders.
• Translate complex concepts into concise instructions and adapt writing style to project needs.
• Create rapid eLearning content using Camtasia Studio and record voice-overs.
• Promote continuous improvement of department resources.
